Strategic consultancy

We co-develop visions, concepts and design briefs that bring a brand’s core values and business objectives to life through spatial storytelling. Leveraging our global network, we connect our clients with talented creatives and skilled producers to transform these concepts into impactful, tangible experiences across retail, work, hospitality and residential environments.

IBA

Conception of a global work culture festival

Orgatec in Cologne is the leading global trade fair for workplace design. Tasked by the IBA, Germany's interior business association, with revitalising the event, we conceptualised a work culture festival titled Wherever Whenever. Our involvement spanned creating a cohesive 2D, 3D, and auditory brand identity, sourcing and briefing designers, curating the festival program, and coordinating speaker outreach. To bring the festival to life, we also hosted an engaging exhibition, talks and panel discussions, offering attendees an innovative take on the future of work environments.

Paper & Tea

Brand definition and retail consultancy

Berlin-based tea brand Paper & Tea asked us to refine its brand identity and enhance consumer touchpoints. We developed a comprehensive report detailing strategic recommendations on brand positioning, tone of voice, colour schemes, packaging and store design. Additionally, we briefed a creative agency to develop an auditory identity for Paper & Tea’s 30-plus stores, aligning all aspects of the brand experience.

FRAME

Development of brand-strengthening pop-up stores

While at FRAME, Robert Thiemann transformed the magazine’s editorial ethos into two celebrated pop-up stores in Amsterdam, designed by Dutch studio i29. These stores gained global recognition by blending lifestyle products, homeware, art and books with experiential retail, serving as dynamic, physical extensions of the magazine's innovative vision.
